VAT & billing

How tax and invoices work for Standard and Plus subscriptions.

Prices shown on the Pricing page are in EUR. Depending on where you're billed from, VAT (or your country's equivalent sales tax) may be calculated and added at checkout, based on the billing details you enter there — the final amount charged is always shown before you confirm payment.

Every payment gets an invoice from Stripe, our payment processor, sent to the email on your account. Past invoices and receipts are also available any time from Profile → Billing, which opens Stripe's Customer Portal.

If you need a VAT number added to your invoices, or are billing through a company rather than personally, email tradecrafthelp@outlook.com with your account's email and the details to add, and we'll get it applied to future invoices.
